Andrea began her career at Evansville Teachers Federal Credit Union (now Liberty FCU) in 2008 while earning her Marketing degree, later completing an MBA. After leading the development of a data team that significantly contributed to Liberty FCU’s growth, she joined Lodestar in 2022 as VP of Client Engagement and quickly rose to SVP of Growth in 2023. Now, she oversees marketing, sales, support, and client success, driving Lodestar’s mission to empower credit unions through data-driven strategies.

Anne Legg is the founder of THRIVE Strategic Services. She is an award-winning, internationally recognized credit union industry leader who partners with credit unions to drive growth, member retention, efficiency, intelligence, and empowerment from their data. She also serves as the lead Data and Analytics faculty for the Southwest and Western Credit Union Management Schools. She has worked with nearly 600 credit union senior leaders to help them leverage their data for exponential growth.
